Better Late than Not Ever

Better Late than Never

ree

Sometimes the greatest testimony isn’t how early you begin—but how faithfully you still show up.

Tonight’s workout didn’t happen at sunrise.

It wasn’t accompanied by birds chirping or a quiet house.

It wasn’t ideal.

But it was still obedient.

And in Heaven’s eyes, obedience counts more than timing.

There’s something sacred about the discipline that outlasts delay. The kind of obedience that shows up even when the body is tired, the house is loud, the day has drained you, and no one would’ve blamed you for calling it quits.

That’s when conviction steps in—not just commitment.

And conviction doesn’t clock out.

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

This journey of stewardship—of body, mind, and spirit—is not measured by convenience. It’s measured by consistency. By courage. By conviction. And most of all, by your willingness to keep saying yes… even late at night.

Isaiah 40:29 (NIV)

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”

So if your shoes hit the floor at 11:30PM instead of 4AM…

If your body yawned, but your spirit still whispered, “Go”…

If tonight, the battle was simply showing up—and you did that…

Then yes, it still counts.

Yes, Heaven saw it.

Yes, your temple was honored.

And yes—God is pleased.

Let this entry be a reminder:

You are not a prisoner to your schedule.

You are not defined by delay.

You are a steward of purpose.

And purpose responds to faithful obedience, not perfect timing.

So keep going.

You’re not just building muscle.

You’re building legacy.
